From the beginning I set out to make this more than just a “fitness dance class.” HiiPOP is an outlet for overworked moms and women to have fun while getting an amazing cardio workout! We laugh at ourselves and we dance like no is watching while challenging our bodies. I have 30+ years of dance experience in the pop and hip hop genre. I've had the privilege of dancing on hip hop teams, professional cheer teams and I have also been a backup dancer for a dance cover band. I have choreographed for and coached award winning dance and cheer teams. Anyway, enough about me. I created HiiPOP for you!
